I love having fun. I love working out. I love pushing the limits and seeing what the body (ANY body) is capable of. Most people think that you can't have fun while working out and pushing yourself. Not me!!! I think that if you can't have fun while working out-why bother.

You don't have to get all the steps right. You don't even have to do all the steps. Move your body, enjoy the music, smile a lot and have fun. Pretty soon you'll think you're starring in So You Think You Can Dance.
