So...yeah I've been teaching group fitness classes since thongs were in style. No kidding! Back when we used to call it Hi/Lo and I had a permanent bruise on my knee from those bouncy elbow to knee things. (Note to self...it wasn't supposed to actually be elbow TO knee.). I have a degree in physics and used to have a 9-5 job as a computer programmer. But it's much more fun to own jubilation!

I have Afaa certifications in group exercise, kickboxing, and personal training, and NASM personal training. I have been teaching Zumba since April 2007 and fitness in general since 1995.

Jackie has been a group fitness instructor since 2011. She specializes in Beachbody Live formats, and she teaches Turbo Kick, PiYo, and INSANITY at Jubilation. She loves the community and motivation that comes along with the group environment. Her music is always upbeat and she strives to bring a high-energy, fun atmosphere into her classes. Because if you can't give a high-five during a workout, when can you?
  • Kelley Atlee

I fell in love with dance at the age of 3 and began teaching dance at the age of 10 as a classroom assistant. I became a certified dance instructor through the Dance Teachers club of Boston at the age of 16. I went on to study dance at the University of Massachusetts and after graduating returned to teaching children of all ages, in ballet, tap, and jazz.

I am a busy mother of three daughters ages 14, 11 and 5. I fully understand how demanding the job of "Mom" can be, and I encourage my clients to completely immerse themselves into their fitness experience regardless of their age. I focus on the mind body connection, execution and precision of movements, all while maintaining a fun and ever-changing classroom experience. I truly believe that if a client fails to place their health and wellness first, then their commitment to loved ones will not and can not be achieved effectively.

I am a certified CORE BARRE™ Fitness instructor and have been teaching for the past three years. I have also completed a 16hr. course in AIS-Active Isolated Stretching-THE MATTES METHOD~ by Aaron L. Mattes

  • Lori Dennehy

Hi my name is Lori Dennehy and I have been dancing since I was three years old. I graduated with a business and dance degree. I have taught tap, ballot, hip hop and jazz for all ages. I have performed in Boston MA, New York and Seattle WA. I had the honor of being chosen to produce an international flash mob on video for One Moon Ethiopia.

Dance Style: When we dance, we discover the best of what we have. Our senses! My movements are fast and quick to create a unique pleasure of dance and help tone, sculpt and strengthen the body. I combine a variety of Latin flare with cumbia, salsa, reggaeton, merengue and urban influences. I love to combine fun pop songs and also bring in some sexy routines to get your inner kitten out! Let's Dance!

  • Jennifer Cook

I love having fun. I love working out. I love pushing the limits and seeing what the body (ANY body) is capable of. Most people think that you can't have fun while working out and pushing yourself. Not me!!! I think that if you can't have fun while working out-why bother.

You don't have to get all the steps right. You don't even have to do all the steps. Move your body, enjoy the music, smile a lot and have fun. Pretty soon you'll think you're starring in So You Think You Can Dance.

I'm AFAA group fitness and personal training certified
TRX and sports conditioning certified. Also,Tabata Bootcamp.

I am a stay at home mother to two beautiful toddlers, Haley (2.5) and Jack (1). I have been married for five years, my husband recently got out of the Marine Corps. We moved to Kittery in Jan and are so in love with the seacoast area. I fell in love with PiYo while using it to cross train for a half marathon. As a former college cheerleader and dancer this class inspired me to push myself and learm more to what it had to offer. It is my soulmate workout. My mission and goal is to change lives through fittness and nutrition. I am so excited to be part of the Jubilation team! I look forward helping each individual who steps foot through the door, rolls out a mat, steps on and begins working towards a goal. It can be reached and it starts with YOU! Peace, Love and Prayers

My name is Jessica and I'm currently a Nutrition major at UNH! When I was 11 years old, I first discovered Zumba. The moment I stepped into the first class, I knew that I wanted to teach it some day. Needless to say, I've been teaching Zumba ever since I was 15 years old (YES 15 years old) and have loved it since the day I started! I have taught at many different locations over the past four and a half years and have had completely different experiences at every single location. My favorite part about teaching Zumba is the fact that you leave with sweat pouring off of you, yet the class itself feels like a party. I can't wait to Zumba with you all!!!
